All Miss-Hits sessions are delivered by coaches who have completed the Miss-Hits Training Course, either online or delivered by in person by a Miss-Hits team member.
Safety is our priority
We strive to provide a fun and safe environment that your child can feel comfortable in. The sessions are delivered by our qualified female coaches that hold a current UK DBS check (or an equivalent authority to work with children in their country).
Before enrolling onto a Miss-Hits Training Course, each coach is required to confirm that they are female, a qualified tennis coach, registered with a Tennis Federation or governing body in their country of residence, and that they have the appropriate authority to work with children in their country of residence. For example, in the UK, such authority will be granted in the form of a DBS certificate (formerly known as CRB certificates). Outside of the UK, confirmation of authority to work with children is based on their country’s equivalent of a DBS check and certificate.
GetSet2Play Ltd does not verify any of the above details. Each coach acts in their individual capacity and is not an employee of GetSet2Play Ltd or certified or endorsed in any way. If you wish to verify any of the above details, please liaise with your coach who should be happy to provide evidence of their applicable qualifications and authorisation. In the event that any coach cannot provide such evidence to you, please let us know by using our online contact form.
To the extent permitted by law, GetSet2Play Ltd excludes all liability in relation to the delivery of Miss-Hits sessions and each coach acknowledges that they are solely liable in relation to their delivery of the Miss-Hits course.
